British Army Pocket Knife
The trusty army pocket knife has been used and loved by generations of our, and commonwealth, troops all over the world since before the wars.
A knife with such a long and proud history can not be ignored.
All steel construction makes this a tough tool - the small main blade (2.85") is easily sharpened to a razors edge while the can opener and screw driver have proven to be handy accessories at the strangest of times - and yes you can actually open cans and bottles with this one!!
The origin of the Marlin spike isn't as some suggest a naval thing - it was included on the tool in days when the army still took horses to war so soldiers could pick pebbles ect from hooves - with the event of plastic explosive it also proved ideal for making holes for detonators and det cord - these days it has also proven to be a tool that's highly adaptable with a little imagination form punching holes in cans to make billys to helping repair leather good or trap manufacture
